Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Upon order receipt, you will receive an email with an estimated fulfillment time. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Our cancellation policy applies to all orders. If you have any questions about the estimated fulfillment times for a specific product, please reach out to us before placing your order.

During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in shipments. Kindly allow extra transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown during the checkout process. Once fulfilled, orders are shipped via UPS within 24 hours. The available shipping options indicate the estimated time of delivery from the point of fulfillment. We retain the right to modify the shipping method of any order to adhere to UPS shipping policies. In the event that a change in shipping method is necessary, we will send a notification to the email address provided. Please note that any extra costs associated with a change in shipping method will be the responsibility of the customer. Although rare, delivery delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

FREMONTA Corporation holds no responsibility for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any additional fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

FREMONTA Corporation assumes no liability for any products that are damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you have received your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.

To expedite the claims process, kindly retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.

FREMONTA is pleased to offer shipping services to addresses within the United States, Canada, and U.S. Territories.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellations

We are happy to accommodate order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the shipment has not already been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

As our products adhere to strict sterility requirements, we regretfully cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
